To get the brand strategy right first; we crafted a powerful new positioning as the super-premium, 'boutique restaurant' of pet food - in stark contrast to the mass-produced, 'fast food' offerings of our Big Pet Food' competitors.
To enable fast international growth we crafted a simple, 'full-funnel' digital and social marketing platform that could be easily configured for each market - but still retain consistency, and quality of message.
